Showing 1-15 of 81 comments … If you want to change it, take a look on the work shop for speed mods, and you’ll quickly find out, that the faster you go, the bigger the issues you’ll see, and the faster you’ll understand why they added that limit in #1.
I feel like it takes a very long time to fly anywhere, and I can’t seem to fly faster than 100m/s . I’m new with this game so I’m probably missing something obvious.
6/7/2019 · Hi, block physics are not calculating while moving faster than 100m/s , it gives perfo problems and why the SE programmers decided to lock the speed. Ship will/may go through other ships, like a ghost while flying = block loses their physics and the game is.
9/7/2019 · Understand that the limit of 100 m/s is in place to help ensure a smoother running environment, and Space Engineers can have difficulties calculating values at speeds higher than intended. Simply put, beware lag and lower frame rates upon reaching excessive values.
