Seems like his answer is Yes, a 27.5 Fat B will Fit, but a 29 Fat B may not. From my experience, I was unable to fit a 29×3.0 knard in the rear of the karate monkey, though mine is an older model with out the extra top tube drop and support and still has both v-brake and disc mounts.
